职位概况

Intellect 在澳门招聘临床心理学家和辅导员，通过平台提供 60 分钟视频会诊，为客户提供心理健康支持和个人成长指导。

主要职责

为 Intellect 客户提供 1 对 1 的远程或现场心理健康支持，处理抑郁、焦虑、创伤等临床案例。
与内部临床团队合作，提出改进计划和平台建议。

任职要求

拥有辅导或临床心理学硕士学位。
具备认知行为疗法或其他循证治疗方法的实践经验。
硕士学位后累计至少 300 小时的临床经验。
能够使用英语和当地语言沟通。
具备员工援助计划（EAP）经验或辅导成人/管理层经验者优先。
愿意在必要时提供现场服务。

必备技能

认知行为疗法（CBT）或其他循证治疗技术。
英语沟通能力。
当地语言沟通能力。
