Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Risk Management for its Macau branch. Reporting to the General Manager and dotted‑line to the Chief Risk Officer, the role is pivotal in shaping risk and compliance frameworks across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch risk and compliance functions, ensuring they are properly resourced and aligned with head‑office requirements.
• Manage regulatory relationships, embed risk‑based decision making into key approval processes, and support board and committee reporting.
• Promote a strong risk culture through training, development of specialised resources, and continuous improvement of frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Risk Management or related field; fully qualified solicitor in Macau SAR/HKSAR preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in legal, risk management or compliance, preferably within insurance.
• Proven leadership, people‑management and stakeholder‑influence capabilities.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in Cantonese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
