Senior Project Manager – Macau

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and workplace projects in Macau. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement A&A and tenancy projects, maintaining the master programme using Microsoft Project.
• Lead delivery of Food & Beverage fit‑outs, shop subdivisions, MEP modifications and other retail‑related works.
• Manage the full tendering process, evaluate bids and select contractors.
• Oversee construction activities, quality control, progress monitoring and defect rectification.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Mall Management, Procurement, Legal, Facilities) and external consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and Turner & Townsend standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing retail, F&B or mall projects in Macau.
• Proven ability to lead small to medium‑size construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English.
