Assistant Sales Manager, MEP – Macau

About the role

This position joins the MEP Project sales team in Macau, focusing on developing new business opportunities, securing qualified sales appointments, and building a network of industry contacts to meet customer requirements and company growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities in MEP projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure quality work and satisfaction.
• Develop sales leads, identify customer requirements, and conduct cold calls.
• Provide direct support to key customers across commercial zones and territories.
• Proactively build and manage a personal pipeline and lead team.
• Meet or exceed targets for new prospects, qualified leads, and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Service, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Macau citizenship preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building services or engineering.
• Self‑motivated, hardworking, positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
