Assistant Sales Manager, MEP Projects (Macau)

About the role

The MEP Project sales team in Macau is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to help develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers who can provide leads. The goal is to meet and exceed customer requirements and company growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities in MEP projects
• Maintain good relationships with customers so that quality of work meets agreed standards, sales targets and business objectives
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements
• Conduct cold calls and pursue new business development
• Support key customers directly through commercial zone, regional, territory and store contacts
• Build and manage your own team and lead pipeline
• Meet or exceed individual targets for new prospects and qualified leads, including campaigns and digital channels

Required profile

• Degree or above, preferably in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Macau citizenship is highly preferred
• At least 5 years' sales experience preferred
• Experience in a building services or engineering-related industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
