Brand Ambassador – Retail Store

About the role

The Brand Ambassador role is based at the Canada Goose store in Macau Galaxy (Shop 1008-1010, 1st Floor, The Promenade). Its purpose is to create an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand's authenticity, supporting the store management team's plans and strategies and keeping operational standards high.

Key responsibilities

• Store financial performance: contribute to the store's targets and achieve or exceed personal sales targets, which vary by season
• Engagement: build a positive store environment, attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions, and act in line with Canada Goose's culture
• Operational excellence: follow store procedures to reduce shrinkage, handle POS transactions accurately, keep inventory accurate and products well organized, process inbound and outbound shipments and returns, and help maintain the store and visual merchandising standards
• Customer experience: deliver a good customer experience through stock room management, cash wrap and sales floor best practices, and drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Required profile

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful store operations
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands and high-volume traffic is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and work standard, peak and holiday retail hours
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Required skills

• Inventory management and point of sale systems
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel (an asset)
• Organization, attention to detail and strong communication skills
