High End Manager, Watches and Fine Jewelry

About the role

Chanel is looking for a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead its Watches and Fine Jewelry division in Macao. You will grow the high-end business, build deep client relationships and mentor a team to deliver exceptional luxury experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a high-end business partner, driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships and producing boutique performance reports.
• Share market insights and enhance sales strategies, gemology knowledge and client engagement.
• Develop talent, motivate and collaborate with the team to champion high-end sales.
• Engage VIP clients, foster boutique harmony and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Acquire ultra-high-net-worth clients and create personalized high-end experiences.
• Work with the Head of Boutique to curate high-end inventory, advise on client needs and manage stock care.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in high-end business sectors and retail experience.
• GIA Gemologist qualification preferred.
• Candidate with less experience but relevant transferable skills will be considered as Assistant High End Manager.
