Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Commission Manager in project delivery and assist with cost management activities across a variety of real estate and construction projects in Macau.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking to support cost planning.
• Estimate and produce cost plans, compile tender lists, analyse tenders and draft tender reports.
• Assist in preparing procurement documentation and managing variation and change control processes.
• Perform cost checks, valuations and help prepare final accounts.
• Track progress on cost management, draft monthly cost reports and maintain document control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Native‑level proficiency in Cantonese and business‑level English.
• Macau ID holder preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cost‑X or equivalent cost estimation software.
• Understanding of quantity surveying tools and methodologies.
