Project Manager – Mall A&A, Tenancy & F&B Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will support planning, coordination and execution of A&A, tenancy and F&B projects within a mall in Macau, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards while minimising operational disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and maintain the master programme in MS Project.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to define requirements, manage design, procurement and execution.
• Prepare tender documentation, oversee bid evaluation, contractor selection and obtain necessary permits.
• Track budgets, report variances and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and manage handovers to Mall Management.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5‑8 years experience managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau.
• Proven ability to lead small to medium‑size construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
